We had an upgrade on arrival, the staff were very friendly, rooms very clean, we only had a meal once at the restaurant but that was delicious, just a 10 min walk to the centre.

Stayed here for one night. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable and it’s got a nice shower as well. The breakfast was good too. And there are some nice pubs around the area if you fancy getting out for a bit. I would recommend it to anyone to stay here. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Decent two night stay with amenities near by

Stayed two nights as a couple during Sept, rooms are spacious and clean. Good service, helpful staff. Breakfast was typical continental average taste however good service. Restaurants and shops near by. Car park is convenient. Surrounding streets are not so pleasant if you are thinking of walking around.

Stayed in asuperir room this time - very rasonable upgrade cost. Room very comfortable and relaxing. Just wish I could plug my laptop into the TV. Wouldn't work as an HDMI input. Breakfast grreat👍

We had dinner in The Queen's Road restaurant . The food was excellent and our wait staff, Basanta and Darren were wonderful and very accommodating. My only complaint would be that I feel parking should be free for paying quests.

The property is in an excellent position as it's only a short walk to the shopping centre, bars & restaurants. It has a multistorey carpark with an entrance close to the hotel entrance. The hotel is very well presented in the bar & reception areas. The breakfast area was excellent with very good service from the staff. The twin room we had was a good size & very clean. The room & bathroom are getting close to needing refurbishment but are perfectly funtional if you are not looking for extra luxuries like toiletries etc. I would stay here again as it is perfectly placed for a visit to the Skydome to watch my team play ice hockey.
