Overall a super 4-day stay. We enjoyed the evening shows. The performances were professional. Swimming options were super as well. I booked partly because of the still-water cove which was very salty but swimming was easy. The food was generous and most often above average in the main dining hall. The young staff was helpful and friendly.

16-19 ağustosta 3 gece kaldık. Otel yeni ve güzel ama servis çok kötü. Resepsiyon görevliler gerçekten çok çok ukala ve çözüm odaklı değiller. ( özellike Suzunay hanımefendi) . Deniz manzaralı swimup odası reserve ettiğim halde bahçe katı verdiler yani sıfır deniz manzarası. Yemekler lezzetsiz , sadece salata tarzı ve meze yedik. İlk defa böyle kötü yorum yazıyorum malesef. Prachtig resort met mooie zwembaden, heerlijke buffetten, Top cocktails & ijskoffie, ruime kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, leuke animatie en avondshows. Zeker de moeite om een weekje te verblijven en gebruik te maken van de ultra all in formule. De All in formule is echt alles omvattend. Het personeel is ook uitzonderlijk vriendelijk wat ik toch zeker even extra wil vermelden. Het geeft je een echt vakantiegevoel. Afstand tot Alanya wel enkel mogelijk mits eigen vervoer of taxi. Sealanya is ook echt de moeite en 10 minuten rijden van het complex.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage! Das Hotel ist dem Preis Wert! Tolle Aktivität für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder. Das Essen bietet eine große Auswahl, es gab immer Abwechslungen und wurde auch frisch vor uns Kunden zubereitet. Ebenso die Mitarbeiter, Total coole und gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter, vor allem Arda! Es war richtig cool Aktivitäten wie Volleyball zu spielen mit ihm. Nur zu empfehlen!

Solides Hotel mit mininmalen Einbußen
Es war alles gut, aber nicht luxuriös wie der Name es hergibt. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, dieses war wirklich gut, jedoch fehlt dieses i-Tüpfelchen um es richtig besonders zu machen. Das Essen war lecker und Abwechslungsreich, aber natürlich in Kantinen Style. Es gab jetzt keine Show Küche oder richtiges live cooking. Beim Frühstück gab es zbsp. Kein abgepacktes Nutella, sondern nur eine Fake Version. Der Cappuccino ist aus einer Maschine, die nicht mal richtigen Schaum macht. Es gibt keinen siebträger Kaffee, auch nicht im vermeintlichen coffee Shop in der 1. Etage. Cocktails wurden zum Teil auch frisch hergestellt, jedoch war ein großer Bestandteil auch richtig süßer Sirup. Die Cocktails wurden immer nach Augenmaß hergestellt, so dass es immer anders geschmeckt hat. Die Zimmer und der Innenbereich des Hotels waren wirklich sehr sauber, jedoch kann man das nicht für den poolbereich sagen. Tische wurden nicht täglich abgewischt, so dass sie oft voller Kaffee- und Getränkeflecken waren. Oft lag viel Müll und (Plastik)Gläser um den Beckenrand. Die Bar im Pool war ein Highlight, jedoch ist es schade dass dort die Strohhalme alle einzeln in Plastik verpackt sind diese Plastikverpackung überall im Pool schwimmen. Personal fanden wir nicht besonders aufmerksam oder freundlich, obwohl das Hotel noch nicht komplett voll war. Man musste beim Essen explizit jemanden ansprechen, damit man Getränke bekommt.
