There was only one elevator working so it made it difficult to come and go. The Kuerig in our room didn't work and the shampoo dispenser was empty."

It took several requests for service to happen and that never cleaned the sand out of the carpet, and the people were not very personable or attentive to detail. The 1st floor housekeeper was excellent and attentive. The pool facilities and staff were excellent. "
