"Very, very clean! Living room and dining room areas are very comfortable. 2nd bedroom: frame is a queen size but mattress is king size; also, no box spring under mattress so mattress is floppy and slides around. Sat on edge of mattress and fell on to the floor because there isn’t anything there to support the mattress. Frame and headboard aren’t attached. Makes bed uncomfortable and unsafe. Shouldn’t advertise that there is a 2nd king bed when it is barely usable. Need to install the proper...

"The location was excellent! On the beach! All directions needed was included in the introductory email. It’s an older apartment set but it was clean and very nice. "

"The view from the balcony was great. When we first arrived, we had to schedule maintenance and cleaning. Floors, cabinets, dusting, dishes, etc. The coffee maker timer and the ice maker didn't work (maintenance came in and attempted to fix the ice maker; I made two more calls to get that fixed but had no success). The bathroom exhaust fans were coated with dust. The unit in this building was on the second floor, with 9 or 10 steps to climb, no elevator, and no mention of that in the posting. ...

"The condo was nice. More kitchen supplies than we thought. Slow response when someone was in our parking spot. Someone also stole my car tag off the front of my car. Stairs sucked. But overall nice stay and will return. "
