"Spacious and clean rooms. I stayed for 2 nights and it was worth every penny. 15 minute walk to Universal Studios, but if you dont want to wait they also have a shuttle to City Walk. "

"The hotel is very well located within walking distance to excellent restaurants, attractions such as the Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre, wax museums and Hollywood Museum (highly recommended). Tours and the Big Bus leave from nearby stops. You can also see the Hollywood sign from the area adjacent to the pool. The bar area is well patronised and we saw appetising snacks served. The buffet breakfast was adequate but expensive at $42. The on-site cafe has snacks and a variety of items. The hotel charges a 20% service fee, even when purchasing water from the fridge where no service is provided. This resulted in an additional $2 cost!"

"Excellent staff. Alex and the crew made this stay so special for my daughter, who was celebrating her birthday. The hospitality of everyone there is exceptional and the food at JW Steakhouse is spectacular. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing and the in-house Starbucks is a big plus. There are restaurants in walking distance and the airport shuttle makes this hotel an easy favorite! "
