"It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby has a welcoming and warm fireplace, it was perfect on a cold day. The room was very clean and spacious. If I have to be picky, then there was only a small sofa which very tightly fit two persons. There is a balcony where there are lawn chairs. "Very closed to the bus station, which was about 5 mins walk. The hotel is building with old architecture, but with modern updates. It was an easy check-in process. Our room was really nice and spacious. The room was clean, but my blank had a small stain on the blanket. The wifi is really good. There is a public onsen on the lower floor for guests to enjoy. We reserved a 45 mins private onsen for 3200 yen. It was well worth it! The room was roomy and clean. It has a private shower and bathroom....

"We loved it here. The resort is amazing. The room was a good size. The view was fantastic. Close to the Yubatake, Kusatsu Gate foot bath, restaurants, and markets. They have a free shuttle to the center of town, Yubatake. Also, a shuttle to the bus stop when you go back. Plus, the free big onsen is amazing. You can also use two other hotels' onsens, but Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Resort's is the biggest and nicest. They provide a yukata for use while you're there, which is nice if you want to take...
