Hotel tried to move our family (multiple rooms) to other rooms but they were all the same regarding the moldy smell. This is a health issue that needs to be addressed by the hotel. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, love the breakfast buffet and the horizon club amenities. There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance to the subway station. The harbor view from our room is amazing.
