"Location of hotel is in the heart of city. There are many options of transportation available especially from and to the airport. There are many eateries in walking distance. This is my second stay in 3 months. This will be my top choice whenever I visit Hong Kong."

"Always a great stay here. They were so accommodating to check me in early but they put me on the wrong room type that I booked and paid. I had to ask them for the room that I booked. I had to wait a few hours, which I was willing to do anyway since I knew I was too early. The staff is very hospitable! The gym is small but usable. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet although almost the same food every day. The hotel is convenient to the park, Tsim Sha Tsui, the star ferry and many shopping options! "

"Stay three nights with family. The location is really convenient, five minutes to walk to the Victoria Harbor and shopping mall. The subway station is next door. The staff is nice and helpful. I booked a room with city view and I want sea view room next time. "

"The location was convenient—about a 6-minute walk to Jordan MTR station and around 10 minutes to the A21 airport bus stop. If you're travelling with both a large and small suitcase, it may take a bit longer due to the narrow streets leading to the hotel. There's also a 7-Eleven conveniently located just across the road. The room had all the expected amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While the sheets were slightly scratchy, it wasn’t a major issue—just an area where a small improvement could enhance the overall experience."
