"The Colony definitely has a vibe to it. Plenty of activity in the lobby and around the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. My particular room was awful, as it was located behind the elevator and the bathroom was tiny, with peeling wallpaper and pretty dirty overall. I had asked to get in my room early, so I think this was their way of teaching me not to do so again. Have stayed there in the past and never had an issue with a room. Will try the Palm House Hotel next time as it is...

"While the staff is great, the hotel rooms could certainly be refreshed. Our room had a stained carpet and the tile in the shower had a brown streak where the shower handle was located. It could use an update"

"Loved our stay here. Property and rooms are so clean and look brand new! Lots of great amenities like pool, shuttle, bikes, and rooftop bar! Area is right downtown so convenient but not on the nicest part of west palm/definitely not palm beach but right across the bridge."
