Oton 4 Stars Hotels

"Breakfast could be better. Towels were very thin. One time the elevator was taking a long time so we decided to use the stairs to go down. Doors were locked. I notified front desk. Despite all these, they have the most amazing staff. From security personnel, restaurant staff, housekeeping and front desk, they are all very helpful. Always willing to help. The room was always clean. Everyone was so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day "
