"I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. "

So in the middle of the afternoon when I usually nap I kept waking up to hammering and sawing. I understand the building still new and that's just a part of it, but still. "I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! The best accommodation

"It was my first time again coming home to Iloilo Philippines after almost 7 years overseas. We were so tired from our travel and they allowed us for an early check in. We booked the junior suite room and we were amazed how big, clean and comfortable the room was. Modern room with spacious bathrooms. The only downside was the pillowcase was not changed from the previous user which was dealt with immediately, this did not affect my ratings. We have been to several countries and tried different accommodations but this by far offered the best room. Staff were also amazing and very helpful from the front desk as well as the guard in the main entrance who was very helpful. Will definitely stay in this hotel when I go back to Iloilo. "

"The Injap hotel is well located with good access to shopping and dining. The view from the dining room on the 21st floor was stunning. Hotel staff from reception desk, security personnel, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping were all very friendly, respectful and helpful with lots of smiles. The room was small, old and very basic but clean. The restaurant menu needs improvement starting with the breakfast buffet to the dinner offerings. Overall, I would stay here again mainly for the friendly staff. "
