"I asked for the staff to give me some to pick up the trash in my room, it took me 3 times within the day to remind them to pick up the trash. The receptionist is impolite when I try to remind her about the trash. Though the airconditioning unit is very efficient, its filter is very dusty. There was no microwave oven to use to heat your delivered food."

"The property is actually the Tree by SMDC in Fairview. It is secured with a security guard in every tower. The room is comfortable with Aircon, TV and WIFI. The problem is the directions to find the address in Expedia. It’s hard to find the location. Tip to find the Red Doorz is type TREE by SMDC in your waze or google and the Red Doorz booth is located inside the Alfamart beside the entrance of TREE by SMDC."
