"Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful hotel with a nice view and pool. The couples massage we had at the spa was excellent! Highly recommend getting one, they have magic hands. Reception is quick to respond to any of your needs. Breakfast is ok, omelets were good but coffee could be better. They had many other options, just none of them suited us."

"The staff there were so nice. The property itself is stunning, nice and quiet but there is access to food nearby. Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible. It is not too far from main attractions and since transportation from Grab or scooter is an option, it makes it pretty easy. I would definitely come back here again"

Anh, or Ricardo, was very helpful and super knowledgable when we booked a day tour with him. Duy, helped us organise a shuttle from Ha Long Bay for our arrival and then to Ha Noi aiport when we checked out and at very reasonable prices. I couldn't find a Grab cheaper than their rates.
