"Phenomenal service, cleanliness, location, amenities. Phuong is amazing she helped us with every detail. Transportation,bookings. I could go on and on. The rooms are completely private, the only shared area is the breakfast dinner area and around the pool. I highly recommend renting there bikes and riding to local attractions. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. "Staff are super nice and there’s Free bikes to use. You can bike to hang mua and even bich dong pagoda. Wish there was a safe box. Plus the sink clogged a lot where we had to manual unclog it and we could hear rats or some rodent in the walls at night which woke me up at night. "
