"We had a great experience at Megasaray. Staffs were friendly, accommodating, helpful and attentive to guests. When I told the guest relation that my 11 y/o niece will be celebrating her bday, they have decorated our room with surprise gifts and cake brought the manager. I cant thank you enough for all your wonderful gestures. More choices of food and had a sea and mountain view …superb Looking forward to vist you again"

"A huge resort in a unique "Old-Moscow Style" setting, but you have to like it which I really did. Friendly personal. Varied tasty food options and 2 serviced restaurants (Italian and Mexican). Good spa incl. nice useful hamam. Finally a nice opportunity communicating with fellow-vacationers mostly from Turkey, Iran and the Middle East. Very few Russian tourists, surprisingly "

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip. Our assistant was Esra, who was very kind and took good care of us. We were very impressed by her good service. The food at Rixos was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the kids had fun at the kids club. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. At Godiva Cafe, the serving staff was not very visible, so it was difficult to order and I did not feel friendly. I hope it could be improved a little."

"A really good hotel. Great location, exceptionally clean, very caring and efficient staff. One criticism that prevented me giving 5 stars across the board. There is very little clothes storage space in the rooms. Rooms are built with design in mind rather than with practical storage space. But don't let that put you off it really is a great hotel. "
