When I told the guest relation that my 11 y/o niece will be celebrating her bday, they have decorated our room with surprise gifts and cake brought the manager. "Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out. "A huge resort in a unique "Old-Moscow Style" setting, but you have to like it which I really did. Friendly personal. Varied tasty food options and 2 serviced restaurants (Italian and Mexican). Good spa incl. nice useful hamam. Finally a nice opportunity communicating with fellow-vacationers mostly from Turkey, Iran and the Middle East. Very few Russian tourists, surprisingly "
