"It was such a pleasant experience. The staff at Citadines Benavidez Makati was top notch. Super friendly, attentive, and responsive. Always smiling. Had delicious local breakfast at the lobby restaurant every morning. The Room was great, clean, the 1br was spacious, and just as expected from the pictures on Expedia. Location was perfect. Next to banks, currency exchange, convenient stores, walking distance to the weekend food markets, walking distance to Greenbelt Malls. What I loved...

"The hotel has been a favourite since I was younger but I do think maintenance and improvements need to kick inn. I had an issue with my room, had a leak inside the bath. Told I was to be moved but no one followed up. I being an IHG member, expected a bit more. Food was good as usual. "

"The Bonifacio Ascot is right in the heart of the global city right near the high Street. The studio we had had a nice little kitchen, which gave us the option to make breakfast in the unit and have a few guests over. Bedroom and bathroom were roomy and well furnished I actually stayed there two times. The first time was quite nice, but the second was a little disappointing.
