"Very good stay, they seemed to be light on staff particularly on the front desk at check in time. They have kiosks to check you in but if there was a problem the staff there were very busy. Very happy with the stay and will stay again "

"Close to Basel airport on the French side. Some issue with meeting the shuttle bus because we were on the Swiss side. The driver was so patient and helpful then checked us in at the reception. Comfortable beds, nice dark room. Very good food at the restaurant."

"Basel is a quaint city. Rooms were clean. Easy public transportation to downtown and zoo. The hotel bar had a great attentive bartender and breakfast was a good spread every day."

"Loved this stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff was very informative about restaurant and helpful in making reservations. Bonus, the tram runs right by the hotel and in addition to flavored water in the lobby there was a small selection of Haribo gummies, so yummy!"

"Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."
