"Great location and amazing staff. Large room with extra large TV. Only 2 complaints. No coffee in the room (plenty of tea) and the bar closed at 10pm even though it was filled with patrons. "

"Friendly and polite staff who checked us in quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated the gesture from the management as well to mark our celebration. Lovely comfortable spacious room with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The bed was very comfortable and the location is also very good. The restaurant is good for dinner however the breakfast needs improvement as it’s got a small variety and is the same every single day. Overall highly recommended."

"The staff were very courteous and friendly. The location is excellent, a couple blocks from the waterfront, Te Papa museum, theatres, great food, but also quiet. We were super happy (and surprised) at how quiet the rooms were."

"Great position, very close to everything you need and things to do. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. There was however building works going on across the road from 7.30am except Sunday, the room was quite warm with no air conditioner and the shower had a tendency to flood a bit. Overall it was ok."
