"I didn’t like having to wait 45mins to be able to check in when I called to make sure the room was available which it wasn’t. Having a drink spilt over you and no apology or offer to assist with cleaning up. "

"Like most properties in NZ, the rooms need a bit of a refresh -- surfaces, paint, carpet. Price point is on the higher side (~NZ$375/night). With that said, the 2BR configuration with a kitchen was clutch for a small family. Common areas were very cool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again "

"Something different. On a side street of Wellington so lots of option for parking, and dinning within walking distance. Property in need of basic maintenance. However, Spa is functional and a nice touch for the middle of Wellington."
