Balayan 4 Stars Hotels

"The entrance and lobby is immaculate. The elevators have a glass window to see the lake view on the way up, but the window was not clean. The staff are top notch. They were all very courteous and helpful. The concierge arranged for a personal tour guide for us, the restaurant staff was attentive to our needs and the massage therapist was excellent. There was a mention that the hotel was going through renovation so I assume the cleanliness issues will be addressed. I will give the hotel a 3.9 out...

"Ok property. The food is ok. No other dining option in the area. Parking is a bitbit a problem since its located not with in the properly. But staff ate all great and helpful. "
