"Tuesday nights the restaurant and bar was closed. there were refreshments available, but you were not able to sit anywhere communal to enjoy them and speak to people you were travelling with. When asked if we could make use of the garden we were told no as other people may want to sit outside too and the staff didn't want to 'look-after' anyone - despite the refreshments being self-service. "Had a really nice 3 night stay here whilst visiting friends in Wurzburg. The hotel is a very typical German country hotel, immaculately clean with nice staff and comfortable rooms and a slight 'furnished in the 70s' feel, but in a nice way. Weekend breakfast staff were particularly welcoming and very friendly.
