"The hotel was full of families that were there for a dance competition, so of course it was extremely busy in the lobby. I felt the front desk staff was not on top of things due to the full occupancy of the hotel. My example is that fact that no one informed us of the parking garage policy upon check in. "This hotel was in a perfect area. Not smack dab in the city but in a perfect area close to drive in. Even though it isn’t located in the city there were so many restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. We were lucky to be staying when there was a very knowledgable and friendly front desk staff to tell us of great places to go! Rooms were clean and very cute! We will also be using the Maverick for any stay in PA!"
