"Stayed here to be near Ringling College. Hard to find a hotel in this area that isn’t gross. My son and I loved the tiki bar restaurant. Live music on the water, beautiful grounds and lobby, and so nice to sit by the dock. It is a motel-style hotel, though, and you are going to hear very loud airplanes flying closely overhead. If those things don’t bother you, this is a nice alternative to going all the way downtown or staying at one of the local scary hotels. They seem to truly care about your...

"One issue was that our Expedia booking did not show at the hotel. We had to wait a bit. It was late & we were tired. After waiting a bit, we were given a room without keys because fixing the booking would take some time. Had to go get room keys in the morning "

"Excellent location across the street from the beach. However, was a bit noisy on the weekends. Also, not a big deal, but the towel rack fell off the wall during the first week of a two week stay. Though I reported it twice to the staff, it was still on the floor when we left."

"This location is in a beautiful location on St. Pete Beach. The hotel provides lounging cabanas for their guests to use on the beach. They also have a swimming pool and a bar/restaurant on the beach side. Overall, a great place to stay on the beach."

"We loved this hotel! Everything was excellent! Customer service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable! The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The towels were soft and fluffy! The location near the river was beautiful! Highly recommend! "

When they saw my wife was handicapped, they moved us from the third floor to the first. Parking was good but a bit of a walk from the handicap spot to the front desk. "
