"The hotel is clean , staff from front desk to security were helpful, accommodating and polite. The bed is okay , but i found the pillows a bit hard for me. There are days the hallway on my floor was stinky , smelled sewer , in my 7 days stay there , there was an air freshener in the hallway only in the first few days, but the remaining 4 days it was gone , that’s why it stunk . There were mornings I would wake up because of the smell. I knew it was coming from the Bay , nothing the hotel could...

"I would give 5 stars if not for the following: 1) Pillow is too soft 2) Shampoo dispenser cover is broken 3) Remote control is not working due to battery issue. I have to go the reception at L4 to report it and get someone to fix it as there is no intercom or phone in the room."
