"Great all around! They contacted me ahead of time to confirm check in time and were very helpful during our stay. The property is in a great location, close to ferry and all restaurants, shops, etc. - couldn’t have picked a better location to stay in. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet too despite being in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay here again, everything was wonderful. "

"Beautiful views, but you've got to earn it with a pretty good hike up some stairs. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Just ask for their porter service and it's free with tip for the porters. "We had friends staying across the street, so it couldn't have been any more convenient for us. But the owners absolutely make this place. I'm not sure they ever sleep, but we appreciated it. They chatted with us over coffee in the morning and the extra couple of lemoncellos before bed. Had figs from the garden for breakfast. Lovely view of the water. As I would say with most of our hotels in Italy, if you're looking for Houston or Miami hotel level of AC, you'll be disappointed. LOL. But...

"This is an attractive, well situated hotel where the extraordinary staff were the key to an outstanding experience. The on site restaurant, Don Giovanni, is definitely worth checking out. Front desk assistance was friendly, thoughtful and competent. The property furnishings are very traditional, and it lacks certain modern touches, but it had everything needed for a lovely stay in Positano. "
