"Absolutely blown away at the outstanding quality and service provided by the hotel and staff. We had a picturesque view of the entire city and water view paired along side a fresh cooked breakfast in the morning ( which we had no clue about ). This was easily our favourite nights in Italy. The day time staff ( I believe her name was Maria.. )she was very sweet and welcoming I have no desire to stay else where if I come back to positano! "

"This hotel’s location is perfect. It’s about a seven minute walk down to the beach. The balcony’s look over one of the main strips with shops and restaurants. Very walkable area. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. They assisted us with booking a day trip to Almalfi, and they always asked how our stay was going when they greeted us in the lobby. Breakfast and the cappuccinos were delicious! "

"The area was so amazing, the sea view was so inspiring, I kept the window open and enjoyed the cool breeze. And enjoyed seeing the sun rise every morning. Just a note 580 stairs to your room. So if your not in shape be ready to make a few stops along the way. But it gets easier. "

"We had friends staying across the street, so it couldn't have been any more convenient for us. But the owners absolutely make this place. I'm not sure they ever sleep, but we appreciated it. They chatted with us over coffee in the morning and the extra couple of lemoncellos before bed. Had figs from the garden for breakfast. Lovely view of the water. As I would say with most of our hotels in Italy, if you're looking for Houston or Miami hotel level of AC, you'll be disappointed. LOL. But...

"This is an attractive, well situated hotel where the extraordinary staff were the key to an outstanding experience. The on site restaurant, Don Giovanni, is definitely worth checking out. Front desk assistance was friendly, thoughtful and competent. The property furnishings are very traditional, and it lacks certain modern touches, but it had everything needed for a lovely stay in Positano. "
