"Great location. Amazing room and view of the sea and the town. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. They booked our excursions when we asked them. Clean place. The only challenge was the steps to get to the hotel. But they offered concierge service to carry the luggage’s up the steps. This was very helpful. Loved the place. We will go back again and again"

"I did a lot of research to find the perfect hotel for our honeymoon and Eden Roc is THE view of positano! Eden Roc is a beautiful property about 12min walk up/down to the beach. We stayed in a room with the balcony jacuzzi and it was worth the splurge to sit outside and take in the view. The staff at Eden Roc are top notch, Pascal at the front desk became our new friend and Tony at breakfast was always fun. The steak at Roc restaurant was unbelievable. Top notch experience. "

"Most amazing hotel and views from our balcony! Positano is stunning and we could not have picked a more magnificent spot. Getting off the ferry (which is absolutely the easiest way to arrive) we had a short walk over a small walking bridge and no stairs to the hotel. (Do not use google maps - local porter showed us the way at no charge) The bellman met us at the bottom of the town stairs and took our luggage (after I went to the front desk so they could send him). A game changer! The staff for breakfast and dinner and front desk were so wonderful and gracious. Our room was so gorgeous #43 ~ we can’t say enough. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends planning a visit to the Amalfi coast. "

"The staff at Hotel Posa Posa was extremely friendly and fun, engaging with our teenage children, as well. They helped us with everything such as directions, bus information, and restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was very large and clean with an amazing view overlooking the town and water. The hotel was in a perfect area to walk to town, but also right next to a bus stop, and near a lot of excellent restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent, as well. For the price, you can’t beat it!"
