"Tavern staff were excellent (friendly and professional) and the food was good. Front desk staff provided what we asked for-- sheets for the sofa bed, more towels, more hangers. I loved the Christmas decorations. Room: Nice art work on the walls. Daily bed service worked fine. The carpet in hallways and in our room was always dusty, as if the vacuum cleaners were broken. There was no luggage table, coffee accessories were missing. Lighting in our room was too bright, and missing a floor lamp....

"The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean, but there was a stale smell in my room. Additionally, the water in my room wasn't hot. When I informed the front desk about the issue, I was promptly moved to another room across the hall. While it was a bit inconvenient to move our belongings, I appreciated the staff's accommodating response. Breakfast was good; the fruit was fresh, and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. I would have given it four stars, except for the stale smell and hot...
