"Located on the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong the hotel was easy to get to from the airport. The A11 bus from the airport stopped outside the hotel. The room was clean and functional but on the small side for two adults. Our room on the 24th floor had a view of Victoria harbour in the distance. There was plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area with central Victoria harbour only 25 minutes walk from the hotel. "Close to everything especially transportation, malls & attractions. The rooms need to be repainted. Dirt marks all over the wall so suggest to repaint the room to look cleaner for the customer. "

The key card didn’t work 3 times in the 7 days I was there, annoying to go back down over 29 floors in a small cramped elevator to get it fixed then head back on that elevator. No help with taxi or tourist spots. No map available. You are basically on your own, which is fine, but a little help finding the nearest metro would have been nice. "Service was excellent, rooms were small but clean and comfortable, and location was absolutely perfect for visiting Hong Kong! We bought an Octupus card and took the metro everyone- so easy. 7-11 across the street was handy for snacks bc there weren’t any food options nearby late night. "
