"I only needed a room for one night due to my flight home being cancelled and just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. No air con might be a problem for some. No facilities as such and nothing of note in the village but perfect as a base to see the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and polite. "The double apartment worked so well for us and it was a total surprise it had two bathrooms which worked so well with my step-daughter with us having her own privacy and space. Garden was noisy and too open but a very small criticism. Staff were wonderful, friendly and responsive and we got the impression that a lot of the guests were repeat customers which is always a good sign. Lovely pool and sensible sunbed facilities. A great experience. We will be back for sure. "

"Overall, the Sol Arena Tenerife is a good hotel for its location, staff service, and breakfast. Though, I would like to point out that it was a tad costly for some of the amenities that room was lacking, such as an air conditing system and even a refrigerator. If the price point per day was a bit lower than what I paid for, I would have given it a 5/5. "
