"The property is located right next to a busy wet market and above a busy store. It is very crowded to enter the property diring certain times of the day. Once inside you're not aware of whats going on outside. Corong corong beach is right behind the property. It is not a swimming beach. It's basically a boat anchoage. You cannot sun bathe or swim. The property is about a 15 minute walk from El Nido town center. You can take a tricycle, but beware they jack up the rates SIGNIFICANTLY for...

"The Property is fairly well maintained. The room was clean and the food was good in the mornings. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and were easily available. They we're able to book all of my outings directly from the hotel. Therefore, save yourself some money and time and let the hotel do all your bookings and transportation needs. Trikes were only a hundred pesos back and forth to town and were easily accessible. I would recommend this resort, but be very specific on the room...

Also, the noise from barking dogs all night was rather distracting and the roosters start about 0430 in the morning. Other than that a pleasant stay. Bring ear plugs if your'e a light sleeper"
