"Hotel was good but service was lacking. Front desk people and staff are not on th same page. For example, It took hours to receive complimentary bottled waters we asked for, our entire 3 day stay. Sometimes, the bottles never came. They even charged for a bucket of ice (it's only frozen water). The hotel itself was nice.and very affordable. But i guess you get what you pay for with service.
