"This is the poorest service i ever received in my 5 years of domestic travels. What has been advertised byRed Doorz is a complete opposite of the service I got. No 24 hrs reception to facilitate easy check in. No wifi. No bottled water in the room. No tissue paper. Incomplete toiletries. And worst is, there are cockroaches in the room. "I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"

"What an absolutely wonderful experience from check in to check out. Alvin was such a great host and Opalie was very helpful in getting us to our unti.The rooms were super clean and very well decorated with great amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of that you need. I will highly recommend this place."
