"チェックインはフロントの方が教えてくださったのでキオスクで初めてできました。とはいっても、やってもらっていた時間が多かったですが。恐縮でした。 エレベーターも３台あるので待たなければいけないことありません。 ただベッドは固めでした。それ以外はとても快適でまた利用すると思います。 場所は小田原駅から歩いて３分以内で便利。８階でしたが、エレベーターの騒音、おとなり、上の方の騒音等全くありませんでした。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。"

"Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel. "

"Property was wall situated near the Kannai Station and the pier. All short walking distance. Room was clean. Showers were hot and water pressure was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Laundry room was very convenient. Would definitely stay again. "
