"お部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。トイレは共同でした。温泉でしっかりあったまって朝まで熟睡でしたが、やはり寒い時期はトイレが部屋にあった方が良いかな～。源泉掛け流しの温泉はサイコーでした。朝起床してすぐに入浴、朝食後にももう一度入浴。是非ともリピートで伺いたいと思っています。"

"はじめてデザイナーズ客室？に泊まって、部屋＆露天風呂にはとても満足しました。しかし、事前にエビ・貝をアレルギーと伝えてましたが貝料理が出たり、料理に虫が入っていたりと、残念な面もありました。"

"他の宿泊先を紹介され、値引をしてくれたが、紹介された宿は風呂は時間が区切られ（19～20時）、家族4人なのでほとんど入れなかった。翌日は朝の入浴は無いようでした。朝食をお願いしたが、断られた。"
