"This property had a great location, 2 min walk from the main square. The property in general is very outdated. Room was ok, with narrow window to court yard, was very cold and dark. Bathroom was good size but very cold and dark. The heater was provided upon the request. Breakfast was decent. I purchased tours with the hotel front desk, prices were good, tours picked up us from hotel. The hotel provided with to go breakfasts when we were leaving early for tours, that was very nice touch. "

"This was a beautiful hotel to stay in, with exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel incredibly welcomed and ensured we had plenty of information on how to adjust to the altitude and provided coca leaves and tea. For example, the toilet paper was not replaced on one occasion and dirty glasses were not cleaned.
