"Terrible! I stayed two nights - one on each end of a 4 day hiking trip. My first day, I messaged the hotel to request a shuttle. I was advised of the cost, provided my flight info and upon my arrival in Cusco, no shuttle!!! When I returned from my hiking tour, I was looking forward to some creature comforts after camping three nights. Got to the hotel, the clerk did not know where my luggage was. She also asked if I had my confirmation because she had NO INTERNET so she couldn't look up my name....
