"We booked the hotel for its good rating and accessibility to Shanghai airport. On arrival which was before the official check-in, we already got a room and the receptionist, a young male went above and beyond to help us with transportation to central Shanghai. The hotel isn't very well connected to public transport. It's either 10 minutes by taxi to a metro station or 35 minutes by taxi to central. Also, the hotel doesn't show up on the map if you order a DiDi, the equivalent to UBER....
