"Great location, great price, just need to clean, wipe down everything evryday. The internet wifi is really slow, need microwave in every room. But the price and location are fantastic. Defintiely going to be staying there again"

"The worst’s place I have ever started in 35 years of coming and working in the Philippines and that’s is 100s of times I can’t even begin to tell you the place was flies and bigs the toilet did not work there was no working phone to call the front desk you had to get on the elevator and go down then you had to call for someone to come to the front desk to help you I told them my complaints and oh ok house keeping will take care of it no came if I set down at the table to eat we would be attacked...

"They need to maintain cleanliness of the rooms. In the accomodation I've been, there's a lot of cockroaches crawling around. The room is fine just the crawling insects I don't like."

"This is an older property in need of updating. I killed 7 cockroaches in the bath rooms and kitchen, I won’t be visiting this hotel again "

"Location is adjacent to the Makati nightlife. Plenty to and fro in the corridors, can be noisy. Very basic accommodation, needs refurbishing. "
