"It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel. So keep in mind, just because it's in the name, it's not really for pension people."

"The location of this hotel is perfect! It's right by the main plaza and close to restaurants, banks, and shopping. At night, we were able to walk around the plaza which was decorated for Christmas. "Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try...

"I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)"
