Helena at front desk was super knowledgeable of area & did a great job of suggesting a great personal walking tour of Kirkenes. I followed it & very grateful to her as it made my stay worthwhile & complete with history & nature."

"Second day room not cleaned, lobby told me need hang the sign "clean my room", Third day we hanged sign, but still not cleaned, then lobby said we need inform them... so our room no more clean, dirty towels piled up, trash can full..."

"Bel établissement, idéalement situé en pleins centre ville. Propreté et confort était au rendez-vous. Néanmois il manquerait dans l'espace publiques ou les chambres un frigo ou micro-ondes pour se restaurer convenablement "

"The staff was great. You need to know to ask for a spot with a vehicle charger if you have an electric car. If it is hot out, you will be hot as there is no A/C. We did not leave the window open because of the concert outside and the sea gulls in the morning (would be too loud). The shower is very small. Breakfast is traditional and nice."

"Excellent location with super friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Bonus of included evening meal and afternoon snack in price. Decor a bit tired in places but the price point is about right and the location makes up for it. 2 minute walk from drop off point of airport shuttle bus. Definitely worth paying for an upgraded room that looks out over the harbour for great views of the arctic cathedral. I was very happy with my stay here and will use again next time in Tromso."

"Welcoming staff. Very convenient location to airport and downtown. We could walk from airport after dropping off rental car. In same parking lot as grocery store. Taxis available for quick ride to downtown. Welcome drink was nice. View was awesome. Breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious coffee. Only downside was lack of towels in bathroom and you had to pay for parking at the hotel. "
