"Excellent customer service during check in. She accommodated my request because of my husband’s disability. Check out is at 11am but we had house keeper come knocking on the door at 9:25am… to clean room. Woke us up. ALSO, Shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower all empty. Apparently not checked ..."
