Locke Am Platz Zurich
The staff were incredibly helpful and so pleasant. They explained the tram system and advised me to download the app for trains and buses. The hotel was one of the comfiest stays I've ever had. The restaurant below was incredible as well. Highly eecommend!

The hotel was okay but quite pricey for the facilities and room. We were not aware that the bed would be on a raised platform - whilst not a problem for us, it might be for others if unaware.
