"The facilities were much more satisfactory than I expected. I was also satisfied with the elevator, kitchen, and view. However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. The pillow cover was fine, but the pillow itself should be washed in hot water or replaced with a new one. Room number 3612"

"I stayed here for 2 days. Firstly, hotels.com forgot to send me late check-in instructions, which I emailed them about. The room was ok. The pillow was really uncomfortable. There is no lock on the room. Shower was ok. I wake up to construction noise in the morning. There is no proper kitchen and if someone is cooking you can smell it from your bed. "

"Most of the lockers were broken and you could not truly secure your belongings while you were out. The beds were not comfortable and the very limited electric receptacles were inconveniently located and ususlly being used; several of the secure charging lockers were out of order. The location is great, just across the river from the Guggenheim and reasonably walkable to other sights."

"The hostel is new and very nicely designed in a good area, 1 block from Zurriola surf beach and under 10 min walk to the old town. Bare essentials kitchen and good wifi everywhere. There is a bar/cafe downstairs and the actual dorms are right next door in a residential apartment so you need to be peaceful in there. The owners David and Haritz are two of the nicest, hospitable guys you'll ever meet who will make your stay a memorable one. Also try the salmon toastie!"

"I was travelling with my family already for 2 weeks and stayed in several different places, but this was certainly the one where we were received in a way that made us feel like home. "This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"
