"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area."

"The shower place had some bugs so I wasn’t happy about it but still it is worth the price and the staff were really friendly. I would definitely go again when I visit Bilbao."

"Good location for accessing tapas bars. Friendly service. Because service people are not always at the reception, we need to carefully communicate our arrival time. Because a tapas bar is just next the building, it is noisy but not so much. We slept well."

"Before checking in, I had coffee and beer at the hostel cafe and was waiting to check in. I paid in advance, but they insisted that I didn't pay, so I showed them the receipt, but they didn't apologize and had a bad expression. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but the most important thing was that the bunk bed was too low, so I hit my head on the metal frame several times. My neck and back were very uncomfortable, and I needed a bench chair in the 8-person dormitory. I had to turn the...

"It was my first hostel experience- and was a good one for it! Love how modern it was, helpful staff, and it was pretty comfortable."

"Most of the lockers were broken and you could not truly secure your belongings while you were out. The beds were not comfortable and the very limited electric receptacles were inconveniently located and ususlly being used; several of the secure charging lockers were out of order. The location is great, just across the river from the Guggenheim and reasonably walkable to other sights."
