Good location for the old town and transport links (buses, trams and metro) staff very friendly, rooms okay, did what we needed. Would rate it a good 3 star rather than a 4. Great restaurant/bar next to the hotel, worth a visit.

Great hotel in center of town. Metro just 5 mins. Shopping in 7 mins walk. Hope on n off opposite hotel. Only one complain, No kettle for tea lovers. However hotel has coffee machine which one can use hot water for tea. Very good hotel. Good buffet bfast. Will definitely use NYX again.

Had a great time and on the whole the hotel was very good, especially in terms of location and helpful staff. Room was very clean, Reception was helpful and plenty to see and do on the doorstep. My one niggle was the roof terrace was closed and there was no indication as to why or prior notice. This would have been great if open especially due to the location of the hotel. The only other slight issue was the coffee in the room wasn’t good at all, but there are plenty of places to grab something better. Would recommend.
