"The Orla is one of THE best places you can stay if you want to be near the beach. It is literally across from the famous Copacabana - you can walk there in a minute! "My partner and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday. We were there 5 days and I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the BEST hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely diligent and on top of their game. From suggestions to fantastic restaurants and places to visit, to helping with luggage, opening our car doors and ensuring the vehicle we were getting into was correct and safe, to helping with beach setup. The breakfast was fantastic (would recommend paying extra for this service). I would like to shoutout Jay (Jairon). He catered to us from hour one until we departed and was incredible thorough and present. He made sure to book last minute reservations to a prestigious steakhouse for my birthday dinner and always looked out for us. Gabriel, at reception, was also amazing and offered solid tips and advice. Overall, we both had a great experience. We have zero complaints. Everything was wonderful!"
