"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. "We had a great stay at the Luna chalet. The distance up the hill was a little bit of a hike from the the city center but the view from the terrace was amazing and worth the little bit of an inconvenience of the location. we called for a taxi most of the time and that was easy to contact them. "I have spent 4 days 3 nights in the apartment with my husband for our honeymoon trip. It was so wonderful that we were upgraded to another floor with spectacular view of Matterhorn (haus nina). "My friend and I enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, spacious, and confortable. We liked having the kitchen facilities so we could make our own meals. The only two issues were the entrance was difficult to find and there were many steps from the street level to the entrance which was difficult to take the heavy luggages up. Apart from that, the apartment was excellent to stay at. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and families if they don’t mind the two abovementioned issues....
