"We enjoyed the convenience of the close proximity to family, living in Newport News, VA. The Registration staff We’re very friendly and personable. (Rose and Joy). The Hotel was clean and had a nice smell. Rooms were adequate for our needs. Morning breakfasts were a nice variety. However on the downside, there were two ladies that made my husband feel uncomfortable while he was getting breakfast for he and myself, which he brought back to the room. They were staring at him like “food police”. They never said good morning. They even commented because he forgot to get butter and coffee (he couldn’t carry everything). It’s not like he abused the breakfast, we really don’t eat much. When he went back they were talking about him and he heard them ( here he comes again). They are very unprofessional and need training on dealing with paying guests!!! (Greta and Ronda) We would stay here again, while visiting. And recommend to other family from out of town."
