"The cottage was clean and presentable with all the facilities we could need. However there was a smell of foist downstairs and the shower was extremely hot which resulted me in scolding myself - an issue which needs to be fixed immediately for peoples safety."

"When we first arrived, there was a large pile of household waste dumped outside the front door and a very strong smell of damp throughout the property. We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned. First impressions were of a property that has recently been upgraded and decorated however on closer inspection, the finish is very poor and appeared more 'style over...

"Well-located just 20 mins walk from all the main sights in York's historical centre and includes free parking space for one car. Readily accommodates 6 people in kingside / twin beds in 3-storey townhouse. Well fitted out and spotlessly clean on arrival (and our departure!). "
