"It was off to a slow start with the gentlemen that checked me in he want the most helpful however when we came back from our brief lunch the ladies made up for it. Excellent service all the way including the wonderful bar staff. Rooms were good as as advertised. Very clean and good gym. Thank you Mercure for a wonderful stay "
